This is Xander, the son of Toshi and Kayla.

Long story short, Kayla was paid to seduce Toshi, so the one who paid her can turn and child born into a weapon to use against Toshi. But, Kayla had a change of heart and ran away to a parallel world and gave birth to two children; Xander and Tori. growing up, Kayla told stories about their Father and Xander, so excited by them, started to train like a ninja, just like his father.
