Not much more that I like than a nice big bulge, especially when its topped with swallow control. Kept that nice wiggling Evoc stuck in my throat for hours :3

What a tease, putting Evoc on edge like that not knowing if your going to swallow or not. I love this sort of thing, not a ton of ways to tease prey internally but this would certainly top the charts as one of the best ways for sure. <3
