Yet another of my old photography projects, this time brought to you in color.

The main effect I was looking for here was that golden outline across his face and jacket, creating sort of a reverse silhouette. The placing of the lighting was obvious (behind him, durr) but the questions of how strong the light should be, what kind of reflector to use, and how to calibrate the camera kept me busy for the better part of an hour. I'm definitely still pleased with the end-results, though.

Model was a friend of mine whose look I liked for this shoot. If memory serves, the book he's reading is The Hunger Games, but for the life of me I can't remember which installment it was.

Not making any promises, but I might be able to crank out some written submissions in the next few days. Fingers crossed.
