Another combat variant of the "Vanguilla" species I made. Unlike the cyborg unit I have already showed, this variant isn't altered in any other way, other than the fact it's an unnatural species. This one seems to be the first successful ground soldier unit created, bearing a highly advanced .416 caliber battle rifle with a thermal scope and 100 round beta magazine.
Since this piece is in color, you can see the glowing nostrils, eyes, mouth, etc., as well as the cool skin to fur color variant. This one is loosely based off of a Siamese cat, crossed with a fire breathing dragon and even has retractable claws, and the ability to breath fire (might as well, right?). As it has been stated before, each Vanguilla bears different colors, patterns, and skull structure, to give genetic diversity in the event of breeding.
This took me about 3 hours to draw, then 12 hours to color in. I kind of wish I had one of those tablets where you can see the drawing on screen. I'm missing out on all the "white privilege" they say I have... racists. Guess I'll stick to the mouse.
