Meuniere is just a cooking technique. You cook the salmon in a pan with some butter. Once the salmon is cooked, plate it. squeeze lemon juice on salmon and put a small mount of chopped parsley on top. Bring the left over butter in the pan to its smoke point. Pour the hot butter over the parsley. the parsley will sizzle and that is Meuniere.
