And here's the second ponytail charm ordered by ~

This one had a bit of extra work done to get it to match jusssssssst right and pictures will never do it justice. You'd have to see it in real life to understand just what I mean by that, but I'll try to explain.. emphasis on "try." XD

The biggest challenge was getting the "body" scales to match as best I could. Sadly, The Ring Lord doesn't make scales in quite the right color, nor did Blue Buddha Boutique. Pffft! Like that's ever stopped me before! Just meant I needed to bust out my airbrush and I had the perfect color in mind for it: iridescent electric blue! See.. this blue is special.. yes, it's blue and a lovely shade of it, but it has a purple shimmer to it that pictures never seem to catch right (which you'll see in the close-up shot I tried taking of it).

The next added extra was the "feathers" that reside up at the top. See, on the kirin there two feathers in the hair: a white one with a blue tip and a brown one with a bronze tip. Now, those may not be the exact colors, but it was as close as I could get to them and I think they came out rather nicely and make the piece just that more personal~
