Over the course of 3 years and 12 weeks of training, I finally did it. I bridged from a CIT to a counselor. Getting the staff tie (one of the biggest moments in the life of a Girl Scout camper) was one of the most emotional nights of my life, but in a good way. It was full of nothing my laughter, hugs and happy tears.

I pledge as a Camp Counselor to uphold the highest ideals of womanhood as expressed in the Girl Scout Promise and Law. To be thoughtful and considerate and assume my share of responsibility in the activities of my camp. To be a better citizen of my community and prepare myself for the duties and responsibilities of adult citizenship in a democracy. To realize my deep commitment to volunteer my services wherever and whenever needed. To keep myself healthy and the world around my as safe as I can make it. To seek new knowledge and the skill to use it To increase my knowledge and understanding of the peoples of the world toward the goal of peace. To prepare my self for the future.

Thank you to everyone I met this summer, I will never be the same. I have grown so much over the past six weeks as a person. I love you all <3
