This reminds me of a movie "Jupiter Ascending". Has anyone seen that movie? The boots aren't anti grav boots they were called "wading boots". It's like he could skate/surf on the air as snow, water or hard solids like concrete. The boots weren't anti gravity, it's like they created energy under them that had mass. It's a cool concept I think.
