While exploring a mysterious cave near his home, Derip found it full of webs and skeletal remains. His feet briefly got stuck in the sticky webbing but that was all the time the stalking giant spider needed to pounce on the dragon and bite him in the shoulder with her paralyzing venom. Derip's body went numb and the spider quickly pinned his arms behind his back and bound his arms and wrists with strong silk threads. Derip groaned as the spider bound his legs and tail together and made muffled grunts as a wad of chewy webbing in his mouth. After wrapping a long thread chord around his ankles Derip was dragged deeper into the spider's cave and pulled high up into a large web. Derip grumbled into his silk gag as the spider began tumbling and spinning him into a strong cocoon from the snout down to his toes. Derip grunted and squirmed under his wrappings as the spider left him to hang upside down alone in the spider's cave.
