But these look super awesome and just make me want to get a base to work on for a little project myself~ I've been wanting something to craft and I'm nearly done with the head I made for myself.

Do you take commissions for head bases often?

Could you make a tutorial on foaming bases? I've been having so much trouble with it.

Unfortunately, I don't publish my methods but I do have two of these for sale if you're interested~ additionally, check out the Fursuit making live journal page. They have tooooons of tutorials for just such projects~

I know that people use patterns to make these I'm just not sure how to go about making them. How much are they?

Well, to make the patterns, you have to first have a solid idea of what you want the head to look like. YOu pretty much have to make the patterns as you make the head and adjust accordingly. Once that's done, you then take the patterns you made and make another foam base with them. If you come out with a similar product then you've got yourself some solid patterns! Tweak as needed :3
