"Will that planet be sent hurdling towards unnamed star 'x', be utterly obliterated by her foot, be broken into relatively large chunks of rock, be marked by a massive crater or turn into a cluster of rock debris loosely held together by gravity similar to a cluster asteroid?"

Well, according to the various simulations I see on the Discovery Science Channel, the impact would instantly shatter the crust of the planet's surface, lots of ejecta would fly out into space, the planet would certainly be knocked off its orbit a little, though not necessarily sent hurtling into a star, and the entire planet, or what's left of it, would liquefy into hot, molten magma, which would fill in any crater even a foot that size could create. If the simulations are correct, of course.
