I imagine plenty for a "Fight". The hard part of having LETHAL focused water being shotout is a combo of...
1. Creating the pressure.
2. Containing the pressure.
3. Releasing the pressure intentionally.
You don't need a lot of water if a tiny bit will slice someone open at reasonably close ranges. D:

the only 2 problems I see with this that water cutters go though water fast and the upper limit on water cutters is only about 3 inches though steel that its pressed right up against I don't really think it would be too effective at range
other than that though it look real cool maybe have a rapid cooling system that could freeze the water and mix in metal shavings into the water so you could use a magnetic accelerator (like a gauss gun) to shoot ice arrows
