This isn't right, this shouldn't be glorified. Bullying is terrible, but ending life is worse. I don't mean to armchair activist this, but there are some things some people cannot let go by without saying something. This is mine.
Every school shooting has ended in terror not only for the children involved, but for the families of all victims, even the person carrying out the act. Further, they've negatively impacted the rights and freedoms of every single community they've affected at large. I respect pain, I went through pain, I still go through pain, but this isn't the answer. You're not standing up to anybody by saying things like this, and hiding behind "It's just a joke" isn't funny. This is not funny, this isn't cute, this isn't humorous. This isn't right on moral ground in any aspect, I challenge you to intellectually justify the use of lethal force against children with a logical argument.
I won't even say violence isn't the answer, sometimes problems were solved with a fistfight, people learned when people were brave and stood up to them, but there's no glory in doing this to other children or facilitators in a school. There's always another option, and if you or the person in question feel there isn't, you need to get help outside of your school. Your actions punish far more people than deserve to be punished when you take this action.
That said, you shouldn't turn that deathly intent on yourself either, your life is just as precious and if you feel that things are beyond salvaging, you need to remember that's your perception, and in the dark, everything looks dark; even the way out. People in this state need help, they need understanding, but this whole concept of bringing a firearm to a school isn't right. I can't even justify it with the concept of moral relativism, because the results aren't relative, they're extensive and far reaching.
Lance, I apologize for putting this on your page, but judging from Human72's post, I honestly believe he feels this is right and I have to say something. This very well could be real. This could be a real person's thoughts, and thought doesn't take much to become action. I'm going to send this in a note as well to Human in case you feel it necessary to hide this, I respect your page and your moderation.

right. *recovers.* sometimes a real shock like that to change there ways is in order. and besides it was loaded with blanks. true you can tell others about this for intervention and or take care of them yourself. but on the latter you can only do so much before it get's to the criminal department. the formor though most people will do. I am just one of those who does this from way out of left field.
