Might also experiment with variable eye lids using a flexible bar in the bottom of the lids with a Kevlar sting in the middle going through hidden tubes. So when the string is pulled, the eyes open up.
and possibly a computer fan powered by 18650 batteries in the head.
I've always thought about making tubes out of nylon fabric that run down the inner suit, and then punching holes on the inside with a fan connected, that way it evenly distributes cool air.
just some ideas.
