Got this from my bud 
c-dre as a gift, so here's my cowgirl kunoichi, Saki.
Name: Sakura "Saki" Yasu
Age: 25
Personality: Slightly stuck up, prideful, hates perverts and cheats. Kind to kids though.
Nationality: Japanese
Bio: Saki was born to a cowgirl mom and a human father in Kyoto, Japan. However, the father would leave the two of them for another woman, leaving her and her mother to work themselves. Saki was born on Earth during the bad times between humans and Animales, meaning she had to go through comments on her breasts and her appearance by her peers.
Eventually all the work her mother had to do, taking two jobs to support their family, not to mention the resulting racial tension between both sides, caused Saki to become an orphan after her mother died from a stressed induced heartattack. Alone and orphaned, she eventually was taken in by the Kiyomi family and became a god sibling to Lucia "Lucy" Kiyomi.
Lucy was everything Saki wasn't, she was beautiful, smart, and didn't care what others thought about her appearance, as well as have a loving family. This made Saki jealous, and soon she became a rival to Lucy as they got older. Despite this, she does respect Lucy and her family for taking her in, even though they didn't have to.
Likes: kids, training, fighting and beating up perverts and cheaters. relaxing on a beach.
Dislikes: Perverts and cheaters, being made fun of because of her race or big breasts. Bullying. Red Peppers. stereotyping species.
Misc: Despite being adopted by the Kiyomi family, she prefers to be herself. This is due to her not trusting others following years of being ostracized because of her race and species.
Also, like most bovines, she prefers someone close to her to help when it comes time to be milked, not trusting strangers at all.

While she does seem rather angsty and serious (rather rough around the edges because of her past), I almost can't help but think that she does indeed have a lot of good in her, deep down inside...not to mention, I really do feel bad for her after reading up on her history.
