They're from "My Neighbor Totoro", a Hayao Miyazaki film (he is also the producer of "Spirited Away" and "Princess Mononoke").

I absolutely loved that movie as a child. it's one of the first I really remember watching. thanks for the reminder of such a wonderful film, I'd almost forgotten it. :)

The name is Neko bus.
Neko bus serves to pick up chief character "SATUKI & May" of a movie.

Director of this movie is "HAYAO MIYAZAKI" which did director of "Howl's Moving Castle".
