So I found out that my landlord wants to remodel and I have 30 days to find a new place to live. If I get a place in town, I'm stuck for the next 12 months. If I get a job outside of town then I can't take it. If I get a job outside of town and need to be able to give two weeks notice and find a new place. I need things to start moving now.
