this was a commission for for his friend :3
this character was SUPER fun to work with!
this would have been completed and posted sooner if my life
wasnt consumed by Anthro Con, then the hustle and bustle
of work and friends.

the fact of the matter is that it got done though, and Phoenix's
friend seems happy with it :)
