SO, I've been spendin the last couple of weeks staining and oiling a sexy guitar body, then assembling it with the neck, hardware, pups (Dimazrio X2N in the bridge and a Seymour Duncan Black Winter at the neck) and the wiring. I went with a Black Rose custom wiring setup, so individual volume and tone control when the pickups are blended. So hot <3

Neck - Pau Ferro fingerboard with floating double truss rod system, Roasted Maple neck, doesn't need finishing so I get to play on sexy smooth wood! Also some lovely SS frets for longevity.

Body - Alder, wine red stain and Tru Oil finish. The stain leaves the wood nice and visible, and the wood itself adds almost a 'flake' effect, a little. The grain is visible and super sexy, the oil makes the finish seem deep and luscious.
