Great place. We were cheapskates and went to the place with a little train that runs out to the edge of the gorge :)

It really IS a great place. Sadly, a lot of the stuff on either side of the bridge was damaged or destroyed by the wildfire that affected the area a couple of years ago.

Yeah. Google "royal gorge fire" and check out the images link. I'm not sure how much has been rebuilt, but it will certainly take some time.
