The one on the left is Kaylinth Al'Jura, a teenage prodigy blacksmith delighting in explosions and firearms the size of a grown man.
The one on the right is Stormi Haka, a smaller-yet-older dragonoid abhuman acting as a messenger and freelancer for whoever has coin.

Conceptually, dragon hybrids inherit the primary characteristics of their mother, the vast majority being human mothered resulting in your average size humanoid-looking half-dragon. Some, much more rarely, are born of dragon mothers, and thus inherit their mother's characteristics of more snout, larger and more robust stature, fire breath, etc. Stormi is the prior while Kaylinth is the latter; Kaylinth is nearly a decade younger than Stormi, and can be expected to grow much larger and more draconic as she matures.
