Heres the beginnings of the long awaited Horse Gas Mask that I've been dreaming up for awhile now. No Ears right now, those will be added when I'm happy with the rest of it. The Idea with this one is to have both valves Inside the nose/mouth: The mask is being made to accommodate the use of Tack. The valves will be inside the mouth, and still be accessible with a hose. Standard model will be with Straps, Full-head versions will be available. there WILL be a mane.

Looks fantastic. :) I like the idea of having it accommodate tack.
If I were to suggest anything, maybe some extra "bulk" in the cheeks? (not much needed, but, for example - http://lh6.ggpht.com/_oGM_EZM1foU/R.....0706121647.jpg - there's that larger area directly below the ears/eyes, I'd also suggest smoothing the edge of the brows towards the outside of the face downwards and around the eyes a bit. The nose and lower muzzle look great.
I would likely get one myself. 8)
'interested to see how it comes along.

Ack! Link cant be found onna googlie server...
Mind sending over a markup of your suggestions in Photoshop please?
As fur your mask: Am looking for one more bit to screw everything down to: Am looking to fabricate a bit of plastic or a lightweight metal bracket for the inside of the nose area that the nose and the mesh will screw down to (I found RC screws are perfect for the task!!!). That Is the last part to be done, as I already have everything else needed for assembly.
