i had a job similar to that. I couldn't really do it. I mean don't get me wrong, what we had going on was a great deal but, if someone wants to buy something...they'll buy it. What I couldn't stand were the people that would give me a hard time for just trying to do my job.

i prefer to take the stance in retail that people that actually want something will come to you... its your job to be as helpful and useful as you can be but not shove stuff in there face... i mean sure you ask the guy in isle 10 if he needs help but you gotta respect that some people don't heh...
