(I suppose if you don't know that Bundesliga term from the time of b/w television that wont be as good of a double entendre. Before colour television it was hard to tell whether the ref was pulling a yellow or red card so German refs would keep the yellow in the front pocket and the red in the butt pocket. So if you were sent off you got the 'arse-karte')
