A short blip of info: originally the organization was called the UIUP but I changed the acronym because of the "you pee" sound in there. They're mentioned briefly in some of my super old character submissions. That said to save posting each as a separate thing on my return to FA I'll post compilation images instead and link to my weasyl gallery for more elaborate bios.
A short summary is

-Flugll is a Shlen which works as a tour guide. yes they have wheels on attached to their shell they are a quality character design of mine!

-Anish is a human originally from India that after a batman style loss of his family ended up forcing his way into the UICA organization (no joke) as a young adult. He and Dinla are romantic partners.

-Dinla is a Bli!gira which works is one of the heads of defense at the headquarters. Surpringly she's actually kinda crap at her job. This will probably be relevant when my sci fi comic start publication!

-Ym9 is a Saitek that works as a bio technology developer for the UICA. They are regarded as relatively untrustworthy despite niceness. They have 2 partners. Warrim (also seen on this image) and Tellil which is a minor character because they're busy right now.

-Vell is a Rosaital is the head counsellor of the entire organization. They're probably older than a pyramids of Egypt. They're surprisingly chill despite what you may assume.

-Warrim is a Wayok that works as a speaker for the aquatic alien people of the UICA. They are currently taking a medical related time off to recover for that device on their neck. Wayok can't actually use verbal language so it gives them an out to talk easier. Warrim is a massive troll that's really hard to deal with yet has a partner in Ym9 seen above and a sorta closer friendship with his second partner Tellil.
