Simon P. Fyyar may look young, but he is much older than he looks. Currently a governor of a minor planet in the Outer Sphere of the Federation, he keeps prolonging his life through some unknown means. Shunning human company, he preferred to surround himself with robotic servants. He is always followed by his robotic panther Zova, who acts as his bodyguard and seems to be his only friend.

I do like the panther. I've always had a soft spot for robotic animals. I'd be curious to know how smart the panther is and whether he/she/it is fully sentient.
As for the guy, how old are we talking? Decades? Centuries?
Critique-wise, I get the impression the legs are still too long. And the shading is a little iffy in places... his right arm (our left) looks flat because you're following the edge of the lineart rather than the muscle contours or folds in the cloth.
