So Glitter was the one who set these two up? Well I have to admit I am quite surprised to be honest, but I honestly can not imagine Patrick and Nightshade not getting along in the past.

Although this does make sense to the story and everything from Diamond giving her impression of her. Glitter could be a famous matchmaker if she wanted to be.

Glitter kinda looks after the crew, like a mother hen of sorts. She's always giving advice, helping out, etc. She's also Nightshade's closest friend and confidant, and she was instrumental in Night giving Pat a second chance.
