Well, this is a joke gift for 
Wouhlven
He seems liking houndoom, so I made a character houndoom to kidding him.
For his name, I let him giving one, in a way, I maybe the Creator, but he is the user and the other owner.
For powers, just he can use any moves of a Houndoom, he can, by distance, heat or scald the metal, making burning someone by chains or collar dog metal so high to make the same effect of the houndoom's burn. A feeling or pain and burn forever.
Style dominant and Might, he let no one decided to him or being his boss, too alpha.
He can by his presence, make submit a not enough dominant.
Yes a horn of houndoom is made by metal, so if broken, this is because he fight rude.
Wouhlven he can create his story, do what he want with, changing some of this character, this is a gift I made.
