Weapons:
• A black dagger with a handle that can contain an amount of Rho’s blood which coats the weapon. The handle contains anticoagulants to keep the blood from clotting.
• Razor wire. Wears special gloves to use the wire, but the gloves have openings which allow the wire to cut his hands, coating the wire in his blood.
• Had hidden blades in the sides of his hands and his elbows.

Quirks: Has trouble acting normally, always serious. No sense of humor. Most jokes go right over his head. He sometimes tries to crack jokes when with friends. (think Castiel from Supernatural: Hey, assbutt!)

Backstory: Rho was sentenced to be a test subject, having failed to show any other usefulness. He had been kept in confinement since his creation, and wasn’t allowed any contact with another person. On the day of his experimentation, something went wrong. Rho’s body was rejecting the Snake DNA the scientists had given him, and it began to tear him apart from the inside. By the time they had stabilized Rho, several of his organs had shut down, and some of his muscles and skin had begun to decay. His bottom jaw had rotted off completely.
They managed to rebuild him completely. When they finished, Rho was more machine than wolf. Rho had also gained a few perks due to his new Black Mamba genes. He now had fangs, and his blood was mixed with his venom. A few of the scientists who worked on him died from being exposed to his blood. The remaining scientists were slaughtered by Rho’s hand. Normally, someone in Rho’s position would be apprehended and executed. However, his rampage caught the attention of one of the higher ups. Especially because Rho didn’t try to escape afterwards. Rho was promised his freedom. In return, he would use his newfound abilities to do what he now does best; kill for the Ebonics. Since then he has been given new toys in the form of specially designed weapons. Now Rho is an assassin for the Ebonics, following his orders unquestionably.
