Art for Central Plains Furcon, happening in Wichita, Kansas, November 5-8! I'm Guest of Honor, and the theme is FOOD!! What could be better for a hotel that actually feeds you, for free, and you get three, THREE!!! drinks each night. Again, free. What a feast!
If you know me at all, you know I love food and cooking. With that love in mind, I'll be running a couple few panels about food and cooking, such as tea tasting, making stock/bone broth, home fermenting, and I dunno. I'm still deciding.

Apparently I need to go to this con! Sounds delicious and super fun! :D
All of the things you mentioned sound perfect! Bone broth may be easier to make in a large batch. Anything easy to make, easy to keep/transport, don't need to be heated or refrigerated (unless the tools/equipment are made available to you at the time) would be excellent in little nibble-sized portions so everyone gets some but you're not stuck trying to feed an army! xD

Pach just informed me that this con existed earlier today, and holy crap, it's actually a reasonable enough driving distance that I think I could go. I've even got a lot of family (cool and crazy alike) in Wichita, so I'm familiar with the city more than most.
That theme sounds fantastic, and as with all your pieces, hot damn, those are lush, oily colors. And I love that little focussed bit of light through the vegetable oil cup. Also everything else about this. The expression is just great.

Oh man, you think they do? That'd be really amazing. At the VERY least, I'll come trolling as a regular attendee and loiter in the artist areas a lot. I'm so pumped about the idea of a con that's attainable in a city I'm not just able to reach, but actually kind of know.
Also, on a side note, I know that the hotel will be providing food and all that-- but if you like really tasty sandwiches (and the best french fries on the planet, going by my personal tastes), I'd recommend a place called Barn'rds in the city. It's on a street called Woodlawn (in Wichita of course) and it's just really tasty-- recognizable by a silo thing on the building (and also any GPS map should be able to search it by name, mine found it to navigate me easily). I hit it up every time we go visit my aunt.
I'm obscenely excited about the thought of being able to buy some prints from you in person, too. Just sayin'.

Alright, so what are those ingredients meant to be? To me, it looks like:
mushrooms, red wine vinegar, ground or chunk beef,
green pepper, unknown,
coriander/cumin, ketchup, mustard,
oil or white wine.
I work as a chef professionally and IT HURTS MY BRAIN NOT TO KNOW.
