Flammy Huramy is the last gardian of the depths of Avalon, where the parents of the Alphas seems to be buried.
He's the one who learned Bothan how to fly efficiently and to read the air movements. He's unbeatable in flight race =)
Still thinking about keeping that character in my story... Since that's a copyrighted character, I don't want to be sued my SquareEnix if the stories are getting famous one day.
That's why I thinking or to change some of his features and his name, or so simply remove his role from my story...
I would love to keep him in the Cursed's trilogy, he's the very first character I ever drew back to the year 1994, but... Law is the law, I'm not the owner of the copyrights of that dragon.

C'est superbe, c'est kro mignon, c'est... j'en perds mes mots, tiens ! (Arf !... J'ai perdu le fil à la 215e plume !!! XD)
Sinon, j'pense que pour l'histoire avec les copyrights, soit tu peux effectivement changer certains détails (genre un treeeeeees lointain parent d'une "certaine race" de dragon, etc... ;D) ou alors demander directement à Square l'autorisation d'utiliser ce personnage mais il y aura sans doute des droits d'auteur derrière.

Bah, je pense que ça dépend avant tout du genre de l'histoire, si ça risque de les gêner ou pas et surtout que tu te fasses de l'argent grâce à ça, sinon au pire ça leur ferait toujours un peu de pub gratos quelque part.
Lol, ça me rapelle il y a trèèès longtemps, quand je voulais faire une p'tite histoire avec les persos de megaman et j'avais peur de voir débarquer à n'importe quelle moment une troupe d'intervention spéciale de chez Capcom parce que ma BD leur plairait pas ^^; (j'étais très jeune à cette époque, on va dire ! XD)

Yeah, those copy right laws can really bite you in the ass if you're not careful. If worse come to worst, you could always just modify the character. Change a few things here and there on their appearance, change the name of course, but do it in a way maybe to "pay homage" to a character and a company you admire/respect. Ether way, excellent piece of fan art.
