Leah is one of five children belonging to Gabriel Beten and Aiko Velera. Leah is the most recent of the pair's children and was born with the misfortune of autism, but it has done little to dampen her usual cheer and friendliness. Regardless, she is clever and exhibits a great deal of intelligence for her age, enjoying puzzles and games intended for individuals much older than herself. She doesn't like to see others' sad and often tries to cheer them up with her optimism and silliness.
