This is my new Jurassic Park/World raptor character, the 'Blue Spear' coloration "Smoke". I hope to someday turn him into a Fursuit when funds and materials for things such as the head shape become available.
He's mixed with Jellyfish DNA, so the bright blue stripes on his muzzle, neck, shoulders, thighs, and his eyes will glow bright blue and his forearm claws in the dark either in communication or as a threatening display.
When Smoke was created, originally he was thought to be female just like every dinosaur on Isla Nublar, however it turned out he was a late bloomer maturing and as soon as it was discovered he was a he, Smoke was placed in isolation to prevent breeding. Due to his isolation and limbo status of either being trained or to be put down, he developed trust issues with people and later on other raptors. There was, however, an attempt to use his bio-luminescence for communication, of which resulted in a trainer getting a warning bite to the knee. During the incident with the Indominus Rex escape, his containment locks were released and he immediately fled, finding himself claiming territory of the old ruins of the Jurassic Park Visitor Center.
It is unclear if he's encountered Blue or not.
