This would be super useful as an art reference, even without color.

I want to make a mold and make cement casts for sale, eventually. But yeah, color really adds to our recognition of animals, but it also distracts somewhat from their anatomy.

If you do make casts I'll definitely look into getting one, realistic sculptures of some animals are easy to find (big cats, bears, wolves) but others are next to impossible to get. Skunk and raccoon sculptures are usually too stylized to be useful and I've never seen a decent hyena head sculpture.

This deserves heaps more favourites
