Depends on people. I had one, and I played Warioland for hours, and I never get anything except getting my red sensibility reduced a bit after I stopped playing (which cam back normal after a few minutes - the same thing happens with anaglyph glasses). Other people can't play that more than a few minute before they get motion sickness or eye strain.
