More tacos, but this one's my favorite :)

Mango Salmon Tacos

1 salmon fillet
1 mango, diced
1 peach, sliced
1/2 red bell pepper, julienned
1/2 green bell pepper, julienned
1/2 small onion, julienned
1 cup peach salsa
tortillas (recipe here: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/17447321/ )


Saute the salmon fillet in a hot frying pan with the vegetables, fruit and salsa, until veggies are tender and fish flakes easily.

Flake apart the salmon fillet, and mix with salsa mixture.

Fill tortillas with filling, and enjoy!
