A ref sheet for the Azula Akkadi: made to show what one looks like before I get on a side tangent about them. I figured I'd go ahead and make a race way back when. Thus the Akkadi where born.

I have quite the lore behind these guys, and If you want an Akkadi oc, or you just want your race to join Unity, I'm all for it. I'd be thrilled to see it catch on to someone.

They evolved from the Caprio, and ape-like life form that shares many characteristics of the earth squirrel, native to the planet Gliese 581 G (also known as Advena). Some of the Azula Akkadi (known as xeno-genetic) have altered the genome, giving them glowing follicles on their head and often upper back as a cooling mechanism, similar to sweat or panting. This process is called "venting" These follicles start out a white hue at birth, and change to blue, green, yellow, and then red as the Akkadi ages. They are a newer race to the intergalactic council, Unity.
