That circle she is drawing looks pretty similar to the one on her necklace. Seems we might get to see that creature she met on the other side.

That wasn't the ghosts' fault. It was her reaction upon seeing them, and the inability of others who refuse to see beyond their own limitations who committed her and kept her in the hospital. The most dangerous predator to man is man.

I might be mistaken, but it looks like she's drawing a dekagram in the form most associated with the Ten Sephiroths of the Jewish Kabbalah. If I understand it correctly, they supposedly form the 10 different ways the one God reveals His Will linking the metaphysical/spiritual world with the physical world. It's not God that changes but the ability to perceive God that changes. And in this case, I think that's a perfect fit for the storyline so far.
