Pic's certainly got quite the surreal mood to it with the whole ocean bit there in particular - almost looks like a dreamscape of sorts. And nice work again on using a no-lineart style!
Though for some critical feedback if you want it, the left leg (our left, not his) looks a bit short. I assume he's got it raised in front of him, but it could use a bit of shading/lighting tweaking to show where his knee is under the clothing, as with his other leg. Rest of it looks awesome though man. ^^
