Another ancient "Evolution Squared" scene, drawn as an attempt to slidify in my head the dynamics of Raichel, Lilly, and Evan's relationship.
Here, we have Lilly innocently giving the goofball Evan one of his rare moments of triumph over the stoic Raichel when she buys them some swimsuits. Lilly, something of a free spirit herself, doesn't understand WHY someone as pretty as Raichel wouldn't want to show off her looks as the Raichu girl stares at the tiny suit in horror (and Evan goads her from the lake).
Don't feel too bad for her, though; she gets him back by actually wearing it. Even Pokemon get nosebleeds...
