Assembled canopic jar, now painted matte black. This time I used a Krylon spray, which in some placed cracked and shifted, requiring more sprays.... and I was trying to apply it lightly, which was the more frustrating aspect. Now I'll let it set a good 24 hours before I apply the details.

Oh yes! I like the looks of that flat black much better than the shiny. It gives it more the feeling of an artifact than something new. I don't know if this is what you want or not, but it appeals to my taste. >:3
