When running we don't show that much of the lower leg part in front of us, the feet do not move too far from the central line of the body and we rest the arm we swing back beside the body while the other will end up in a more guard like position, your body would know these limits, so you can try these moves before you draw them .. still, it would not take much to get a more realistic mirror cycle.
