I think the major problem is that her arms and hands look so...blegh. I mean, it looks like she has half a normal hand, but the wrist is missing on the other part. There is no outer wrist visible. And while her knuckles start just an inch where the wrist should, there is also the lack of finger length. It's almost like, I dunno...a beak.

Beyond that, however, you did a good job on the character. Her hair is flowy and shiny, the dinner-plate-eyes are practically hypnotizing, and I'm also impressed with the way the clothing is colored. I consider that to be one of the things I'd rarely touch as an, er..."artist" because it's so annoying to draw the way they wrinkle and such (that's why it's so kewl being a furry. X3). And that accessory on her hair is a nice touch, too. Don't ask why I said it was, as I don't know myself.

In short, it's not bad at all, but that hand still bugs me... >_<
