This is Legend, the other half of the picture with Toxin. Legend is over 200 years old. He was used in the fourth world war, the first successful bioweapon, he was the first to survive the biotech and all trials, and put into the field.
His coloring is the yellow color of labs. On his face is what is left of a gas mask. He was used to find fallen soldiers and protect them while medics caught up. He was doing so when a flame thrower's flame caught his face, melting the mask to it on the right side.
There's alot more to him that explains his..everything, but that's alot to type out and I'm lazy hahaha.
