Alkariga has a very calm beauty to her in this picture. It is very nice. If you ever rework this piece I would like to make a request. Could you make her pregnant, in the third trimester? I am sure it sounds really weird, but hear me out. I already said that Alka has a very calm beauty to her, almost a passive elegance. Mothers fit that description to a tee. A mother is still beautiful but it is subdued beauty, there enough to be recognized but it's not the reason people admire the woman. Alka gave me that same feeling. She is beautiful, but I don't lust after her.

Alka isn't really a motherly type, but I can see how you got that image from her here. What you said makes sense.
That being said, I don't intend to rework this piece, but I do always have commissions open if you'd perhaps like to see something similar including pregnancy?

Nothing up for her yet, I don't really have any bios typed up for my characters. I'll probably be drawing more of her though.

Haha thanks, though I feel like they're all a little plain right now.
I think a lot of it is just because I have a decent style that they look alright, it usually takes me quite a while to build up a character to be honest.

But I cant draw too much myself xD (Well I am a lot better creating their backgrounds, their stories and their past, but I suck so hard when it comes to their names!)

I wouldnt say plain myself, I mean it is simple but the style makes is look fantastic, I usually like to give them some kind of thing that makes them different from the other characters, usually using a mark (like on my hyena) or a scar maybe, or trying to give them different patterns on their fur so they are unique. (well I usually think and a friend draws sometimes)

Names can be really hit or miss with me, sometimes I get them really quick and they stick, but other times they go nameless for longer than I'd like them to. As for who they are, personality and backstory and such, that can take me months. That's mostly just because I don't try to force anything though, just slowly come up with little ideas until they're a well fleshed out character.
I have a couple characters I haven't drawn and uploaded here (they're humans, not anthros) that are years old and I still go back and fix or add details to their stories.

If I wasn't so shoddy at writing I'd give a try at writing some of them into novels.


I used to care more about trying to make unique looking characters, but now I've sort of calmed down with that and stopped caring as much. I still give it a shot, but I think there's some merit in a simple design. I let the art talk about who they are more than their design I suppose?

I just love her so much, she looks great!
And I just started writting a little bit, I have an idea for a novel (which I would love to make it actually a graphic novel/webcomic , even I want to make a videogame about it but I just started learning about videogame development so it will take a while)
I have mostly been acumulating ideas for 5 years, so it is indeed pretty long story, actually hoping that a friend takes part in the project for it.

I wish you luck with your project(s). Webcomics tend to be a pretty good way to go if you have a good idea of what you're trying to achieve. I've had a hand in working on a couple things and I can tell you if you intend to go the videogame route, make sure you set reasonable goals and keep it to a small team. Taking on a huge project isn't easy, there's a reason big studios exist for it.
Don't let me discourage you at all though!

Haha no worries! I feel like we have a good team already! they are people I trust, and we are still learning but we are passionate about it! so we will see how it goes!

If the dollar wasnt so expensive right now I would probably be commissioning you to get a cute or a funny scene with your hyena characer! (But in the country I live, like 8 months ago the dollar started to become more expensive, and right now it is just too much D: )
