just a tiniest bit of crit, these should have 'idle' animation maybe ;w; basically just the first eyes open frame for maybe 5 or more seconds before they blink again. and maybe for the fumi try and get their little smoke markings to still wriggle during it? just a suggestion, sorry if its unwarranted ;3;
Hmm. maybe save each frame individually and try out http://www.ezimba.com/index-ln.html ? you can use that and like, space with a few of the first frames a couple times so you can make that delay. at least this is what i use for relatively short animations when I do icons n stuff!
