Just a drawing i did of Filburt from Rocko's Modern Life, i personally think that this drawing here is much better than some of my other lousy attempts at drawing him. Though to be fair he is sort of tough to draw accurately, but lucky me i've had lots of practice drawing the characters.
His "wash your hands" bit always cracks me up, it's probably my favorite quirk of his.

Yeah i always found it funny how he was portrayed as a phobic, nerdy type character. And i always enjoyed that voice of his, there's just something likeable about it. And the episode you're talking about is called "The Lounge Singer" by the way, which is another one that i really enjoy. You're right though, he is a little more tougher to draw than Rocko. Although thankfully I've had lots of practice drawing the character's style, i'm probably going to attempt to draw Heffer again at some point. As he is probably the toughest of the three to draw.
