a ad software was installed either in your browser or on your computer, easy way is to either get adblock or find the program and uninstal it

no steam is a secured software, did you download any files recently that auto instaled things?

I don't think so, no. It just seemed like it started doing this. is there any way of finding out what the softwear is?

either look through program files for something you dont know what it is from, or if your browser shows what things it is running you may be avble to disable it from there

what happens if you hit the nuke, I have hit the button before and nothing has happened before.

Nuke deletes all submissions but leaves a 'ghost' submission like you have. It's not your computer, it's bad FA coding. basically when you nuke, if someone uploaded an image and deleted it BEFORE you saw it, it remains in the database and your submissions, even though it doesn't exist. next time someone uploads something, check all/delete all and it'll clear itself up

Virus I assume. Go to dA and see if it's happening. If not, then it's a FA thing. If so, then it's an issue with your computer.

That is what I thought, I am currently doing a full scan on my computer since my computer had found a couple viruses when I did a quick scan.

Scan for adware specifically. That's what it is if anything.

figured out what is was, it was an add on that somehow got installed onto firefox.

What lily say is correct i had the same fail << its not anytime if you nuke all Submission but sometimes it show the ghost file if it was to much Submissions
