Anyway this is Pink Lady, which by the way a pink lady is a type of apple (there are so many different types of apples its kinda crazy). And you might of already guessed, she is Applejack and Soarin's kid. (second kid actually, she has an older brother)
When she was younger she was really interested in bees, so much so that it was a little scary. But it somehow led to her being able to get honey from their hive's without getting stung, which she then sells to the residents of Ponyville.
