I wanna talk like you
Walk like you, too
You'll see it's true~ue~ue
Someone like me~e~e
Can learn to be
Like someone like you
Old piece I made used with a bunch of stock images from DA. I thought for just a short while of getting rid of my yoshi character in place of Oxnard, but then I went all "duh" and re-realized it's better to let them keep co-exist together. (:

At least your transaction has a smooth-ish process. For me, I've long switched characters from Tek (yellow scientist yoshi) to Lance (orange mageling yoshi), but to take it a step further, I'm changing Lance more into a furry... and also changing his history to make it fit instead of simply going 'I GOTS MAGIC TO CHANGE! LOLZ!' ...still working on it.
As for the picture, it's really really spiffy @__@ The soft look and feel of it is totally like, a still image at the end of a movie or comic to conclude an epic-ish journey, just seconds before some rolling major credits, and then a fade-away and the rest of the credits.
It's almost like looking into the entry into a dream, or maybe watching the ending of a dream with how the background is faded between buildings and a far horizon. Or did you have it to represent the two characters interacting even though they're from different worlds, so they'd only be able to meet at a point where the two worlds merge together? =P

Hehe, oh, so he is yours! I remember when the Octopuss guy drew him for ya, I thought it was for a friend of yours... but I'm less confused now. :D And I see what ya mean... I created a raccoon because I wanted something of mine to be furry, but a furry yoshi-like thing's be interesting, however it turns out! (I tried changing my yoshi or hamster too so they were more original, but it never worked. 8D) Stories are fun to work on though... hopefully you're able to create something that works for you just perfectly. (: It'll be a fun trip!
I see what you mean! Thank you - that's a really cool way to think of it. :D It's not too hard to imagine either.
Hmm, I think it kind of works like both ways ya mentioned. (: Both in that, whether it's ending or beginning, they're headed somewhere distant together, and that I also wanted to represent the two different worlds part. There's hopefully a place where their separated worlds can meet, and by the looks of it their on the way to find that place together. :3
Either way, thank you so much for the interesting ideas you lend! :3 It helps me take more time and look into my own stuff more than I would probably do on my own after making it. (:

Oh, to clarify, Lance was created as a yoshi several years ago... and technically still is, but I've so far got two 'fanart' pictures of how he'd be as a furry instead of a yoshi, which were created a month or two ago

Nyah, that background is really excellent. l3 God only knows what lays ahead~ l3
I imagine at times it must be hard to think of an image that best suits you~ I've had friends that have jumped back'n forth to various things left-and-right, never seeming quite able to sit right on something -- although usually they find it soon enough. l3
I've managed to stay where I am for many years now (and it will likely be that way forever -- it's just me, now. l3) -- but as I told you that other time, it certainly always hasn't been that way -- unlike everyone else, I like how you can sort of acknowledge all of your lil' character forms at one time, as separate entities that in themselves, represent different times and different emotions right along with. l3
It's just funny that I seemed to go the other way around, from Yoshi to a Furry-thing (although mine wasn't for the strict purpose of doing so, it actually happened as a result of this cute Raccoon character from the SNES game Pocky and Rocky.) <3 We're still long lost brothers I say l3

Hehe, it's not always easy to stick with one thing - so I stick with some things. (: At least when you have one that you stick with, you don't feel the same unrest that other undecided individuals do. Hopefully you enjoy whatever it is you have for yourself or will have, and I hope we can both keep coexisting with 'em! :D
Yoshi to raccoons - there's no doubt about our brotherhood! Though I probably use my yoshi more than my raccoon now, it's still really neat. :D
The tanuki from it looks so cute too! :3 Hopefully the SNES game was good. Old games with Japanese culture in it, like Mystical Ninja / Ganbare Goemon are so cool! It's fun to learn more about 'em and enjoy that less-familiar world. (:
Anyways, hehe, it's fun talking to you on here, especially about things like this! Learning more about each other is fun too. 8D

As my good friend, Winged Ham-Ham said herself, Yoshies and Hamsters are a true win-win situation. If you can feel both personas then, by all means, both may not only co-exist, but must. Personally, I feel allowing for multiple personas allows to show the amount of depth one person can truly possess. Your "Circle" saga definately suggest there is far more to you than meets the Hamster. :)
